Aaru is hiring a Deployment Lead to manage client relationships from discovery and scoping through deployment and long-term collaboration. The role involves representing Aaru with senior client stakeholders, independently delivering complex simulation-driven insights, coordinating engineering, product, and commercial teams, and identifying new engagement opportunities. Candidates should have at least four years of experience in consulting, investment banking, strategic operations, or a high-growth startup, with strong analytical, communication, and project-execution skills.
