Glacier is hiring a Deployment Lead to own end-to-end robot installations, including pre-install planning, scheduling, staffing, logistics, on-site execution, quality control, customer communication, and documentation. The role requires 3+ years leading or coordinating technical builds, installs, or field deployments and 2+ years of project or hardware deployment planning experience. It is based in San Francisco with up to 75% travel, including domestic and occasional international travel, and requires physical work in MRF or recycling facility environments. Compensation is $95,000–$110,000 base plus equity and benefits.
