Description
Serval is hiring a Deployment Leader to build and lead its deployed software engineering function, own customer implementations and pilots, write production code, create scalable onboarding frameworks, advise enterprise IT and security leaders, and develop a team of forward-deployed engineers. The role requires 7–10+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years leading technical or customer-facing teams, and is based in or willing to work from the company’s San Francisco headquarters five days per week with occasional customer travel.
