Tutor Intelligence is hiring a Deployment Manager to own the customer experience from post-sale kickoff through on-site robot deployment and early post-launch stabilization. The role coordinates physical site preparation, workflows, networking, access, delivery schedules, and dependencies; manages risks and blockers; and serves as the primary contact for customer operations, IT, facilities, engineering, sales, and Customer Success. Candidates need at least two years of customer-facing experience in robotics, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, or industrial environments, along with exposure to robotics, automation systems, MES, WMS, or industrial IT.
