Monumental is hiring a Construction Deployment Manager to run autonomous construction deployments from the company’s Amsterdam facility to construction sites. The role combines site operations, contractor and stakeholder management, deployment planning, P&L ownership, process improvement, customer growth, and hiring support. It requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, native Dutch fluency, strong communication and analytical skills, leadership experience, and comfort in a high-stress, chaotic environment. The position is onsite five days per week and is not remote or hybrid.
