Scarlet is hiring its first Deployment Optimisation hire to own portfolio-level capacity planning, assessment-resource allocation, scheduling, prioritisation, and demand forecasting. The role combines operational judgement, data modelling, analytics, and AI to build systems that match assessment experts with the right expertise, location, and timing, while partnering with product, engineering, and machine learning teams to automate large-scale medical-device certification operations.
