Description
Amazon Robotics is hiring a Deployment Order Manager to manage end-to-end deployment orders and multiple Deployment Engineering projects, coordinate site-health readiness with procurement and logistics, resolve customer tickets and equipment-installation mismatches, and drive operational excellence through KPIs, SLAs, process improvements, cost optimization, and sustainability initiatives. The role requires at least three years of program or project management, cross-functional technology and non-technology experience, process-improvement experience, a bachelor's degree, advanced Excel and SQL knowledge, end-to-end delivery experience, stakeholder management, distribution-center or manufacturing experience, and supply-chain experience. The position is based in Reading, Massachusetts, with a base salary of $85,800 to $128,600 annually.
