The role develops project instructions, coordinates communications and work plans, manages labor, budgets, inventory, and other data, supports vendors and field teams, and analyzes past projects to improve planogram quality and execution. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, three years of merchandising, project-planning, retail-store, or consulting experience, one year of process or strategy development experience, cross-functional team experience, data-management skills, and strong communication and writing abilities.
