Kontakt.io is hiring a Deployment Program Manager for its Product Management Team to own the end-to-end health of deployments across hospital customers. The role travels to customer sites approximately six weeks per year to verify that hardware and software deployments work long-term, builds relationships with hospital stakeholders, partners with Professional Services, Customer Success, mobile, firmware, and hardware teams, and provides evidence-based feedback to product and engineering. The position requires a background in pre-sales, sales engineering, or a similar stakeholder-facing technical role, strong communication skills, skepticism about reported deployment success, and comfort with AI tools; healthcare or complex physical-deployment experience is a bonus. The role offers equity, health, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k), paid time off, and paid parental leave, with a New York-based base salary of $140,000–$170,000.
