Xerox is hiring a full-time Deployment Project Coordinator - Midshift in Cebu, Cebu City, Lapu-Lapu City, and Mandaue City, Philippines. The role supports deployment projects across all phases by coordinating with project managers, customers, installation partners, and cross-functional teams; managing hardware orders, shipments, deliveries, returns, pickups, and disposals; tracking deployment plans and progress; resolving delivery and scheduling issues; reconciling inventory discrepancies; and communicating project status. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, strong organizational and analytical abilities, and experience in hardware deployments, logistics, order management, or project coordination. Knowledge of Microsoft Project and basic logistics operations is required, while SAP and Business Objects experience is preferred. The role is listed as hybrid.
