Base Power Company is hiring a Deployment Quality Associate to perform the final quality review of battery installation projects. The role examines close-out photos and documentation, identifies defects and code or design deviations, manages rework tickets, tracks installer performance, maintains quality records, communicates corrective actions to installation partners, and supports improvements to installation standards. Candidates need at least two years of experience in site survey review, electrical installation, quality control, or a related technical field, along with experience in solar, battery, or EV charger installations, electrical or solar installation certification, and knowledge of local electrical codes.
