Base Power Company is hiring a Deployment Quality Lead to own and optimize the quality of distributed battery installations. The role leads the Deployment Quality team, manages post-install closeouts and rework workflows, builds real-time quality dashboards, develops and implements training for in-house crews and contractors, performs remote audits and root-cause analysis, and continuously improves SOPs, QA/QC frameworks, and installation processes. Candidates should have 2 to 4+ years of engineering experience, strong analytical and process-optimization skills, data analytics proficiency, and the ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams.
