Description
Genesis is hiring a Customer Deployment Engineer to own the technical path from customer use cases to reliable robot deployments. The role works with customers to assess automation feasibility, define requirements and success metrics, design and implement cross-functional solutions, configure systems, run evaluations, debug failures, and build reusable deployment tools. It requires hands-on engineering in Python and Linux, hardware and software integration, robotics troubleshooting, clear communication, and willingness to travel to customer sites.
