Description

Maverick Payments, a family-owned and privately held full-service payment provider located in Calabasas, California, is seeking a Deployment Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for day-to-day deployment tasks, including programming, testing, and shipping payment processing hardware. They will review orders, assign hardware, program devices, test them, pack equipment, coordinate shipping, and communicate updates. The role requires experience in payment processing, technical support, and familiarity with various POS systems.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 2-3 years industry experience in support or technical related role
Experience and knowledge with pricing & residuals.
Experience in call center environments.
Experience with a multitude of online POS systems including but not limited to Auth.net, NMI, Swipe Simple Gateway, Valor VT, Internal Gateway, IPOS Gateway, Accept Blue Gateway.
Required Experience with Fiserv proprietary equipment including but not limited to FD series & Clover POS emphasizing a high level of both Deployments and Technical Support knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong general aptitude for technical processes.
Knowledgeable in point-of-sale systems and related peripherals.
Ability to listen to others and communicate in an effective manner.
Ability to clearly communicate technical related directions in verbal and written form.
Possesses strong analytical and research skills with strong attention to detail.
