Afresh is hiring a Deployment Strategist to work with enterprise grocers on identifying high-value business problems, shaping AI solutions, building business cases, defining MVPs, managing customer engagements through deployment, and driving adoption and expansion. The role requires customer-facing, commercial, retail, technical, and AI fluency, with approximately 25–50% travel and on-site customer work. Compensation is $171,200–$256,800 OTE plus equity and benefits, and the position is not eligible for company sponsorship.
