ElevenLabs is hiring a Deployment Strategist to work with strategic enterprise customers on AI agent deployments for ElevenAgents. The role involves understanding customer workflows, owning flagship deals through use-case identification and commercial structuring, embedding with customers, guiding production-ready agent design and orchestration, building demos, and collaborating with engineering, research, and executive teams. The position is remote-first from anywhere in Switzerland, with a preference for Zurich, requires regular customer travel, and demands English and German fluency.
