Fleetcraft is hiring a Deployment Strategist to own customer implementation end-to-end, translate complex operational requirements into AI solutions, work with customers to drive adoption, and convert field insights into sales and engineering priorities. The role is hands-on and involves time in the company office plus on-site work with customers in hangars, maintenance facilities, and manufacturing environments around the world. Candidates should have strong learning ability, commercial judgment, technical competence, structure, and emotional intelligence; aerospace experience is not required. The position offers £80,000–£120,000 plus early-stage equity and relocation support.
