Lassie is hiring a Deployment Strategist to guide small businesses from signup through their first automated workflow and beyond. The role owns customer health across a growing book of accounts, runs onboarding, manages business reviews, reduces churn, identifies expansion opportunities, and builds implementation, account-management, and retention playbooks. It also involves collaborating with product, sales, marketing, and founders to shape customer experience and go-to-market strategy. The role seeks someone with early-stage startup experience, strong customer-relationship skills, AI-tool fluency, and comfort troubleshooting AI agents.
