Description
Moment is hiring Deployment Strategists to act as general managers for customer engagements, owning the full lifecycle from pre-sale solutioning and demos through implementation, launch, growth, and expansion. The role spans engineering, product, and go-to-market activities, including customer workshops, platform rollouts, adoption monitoring, QBRs, and feedback to product and engineering. Candidates should have versatile experience across engineering, product, and go-to-market, strong customer ownership, and fluency in Python or TypeScript and modern API design; prior fintech, trading systems, enterprise SaaS, deployment strategy, product management, investment banking, or management consulting experience is preferred. The position is based in New York City and offers a base salary of $200,000 to $300,000, equity, bonuses, health, dental, and vision coverage, and a five-days-per-week office arrangement.
