Description
Probook is hiring a Deployment Strategist to own the post-sale technical and operational journey for new customers. The role manages kickoff calls, deployment project plans, stakeholder updates, technical troubleshooting, user training, deployment risks, go-live handoffs, and product feedback. Candidates need at least two years of implementation, deployment, or onboarding experience at a SaaS company, direct full-lifecycle implementation experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to learn complex products quickly. The position is based in or willing to relocate to the New York City area and requires five days per week in the office.
