Valon is hiring Deployment Strategists to own live enterprise deployments of its ValonOS platform in regulated mortgage servicing. The role maps client operations, identifies gaps, sequences roadmaps, queries data, translates between technical and business stakeholders, configures and deploys solutions, and remains accountable for measurable outcomes. The position is NYC- and San Francisco-centered, with substantial in-person time and 10–20% travel, and offers a base salary of $135,000–$240,000 plus equity and benefits.
