Vitalize is hiring a Hospital Deployment Manager to embed with nursing executives, hospital operations leaders, finance, IT, and other stakeholders to diagnose operational bottlenecks, align cross-functional teams, drive organizational change, and architect enterprise-wide software deployments. The role develops repeatable deployment playbooks, manages complex go-lives and system integrations, partners with Go-to-Market and Customer Success, and builds deployment systems as Vitalize scales to hundreds of hospitals. The position requires strong communication, project and deployment management, trust-building with clinical and hospital staff, change-management influence, and autonomous work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
