Simile is hiring a Deployment Strategist - Healthcare to be embedded with enterprise account teams and own 1–2 customer relationships. The role manages enterprise deployments from initial contact through full deployment, builds customer trust, understands Simile’s simulation and population-modeling platform, and collaborates with product, research, and modeling teams. Candidates should have experience deploying enterprise AI or data products, consulting or investing in technology, moving into customer-facing business work, or having healthcare or pharmaceutical background. The role requires strong communication, reliability, customer focus, technical fluency, and willingness to travel; no coding is required. Compensation is $150,000–$300,000 USD plus equity and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
