Description
The Deployment Strategist is a full-time individual contributor on a defense AI field team in Northern Virginia, working 80 to 100% of the time on client sites and not eligible for remote or hybrid work. The role maps analyst workflows, captures undocumented operational knowledge, encodes it into AI agents, workflows, and skills, evaluates agent output, trains analysts, and drives platform adoption. Responsibilities include Python scripting, workflow and prompt design, failure analysis, documentation, and feedback to product and engineering. The position requires 6+ years of relevant analyst, operator, or targeteer experience, working Python proficiency, AI agent knowledge, strong interviewing skills, U.S. citizenship, and an active TS/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph.
