Description
Protomiq is seeking a Deployment Manager to own frontline performance and management of its product deployment team. The role leads deployment time and quality from assignment through go-live, coaches and develops specialists, resolves escalations involving dealers, OEMs, and vendors, supports contracting and site configuration, and manages special projects and capacity planning. The manager must be a cross-functional collaborator, technically capable with web tooling, data-driven, and able to escalate outside their team to unblock work.
