Description
The Deposit Operations Representative supports external and internal customers with deposit-account questions, processes deposit-product requests, reconciles transactions and adjustments, maintains the Online Account Opening platform, and provides backup support to Fraud Specialists. The role requires on-site work within the Isabella Bank footprint, with potential hybrid work two days per week after training, and requires a high school diploma plus basic banking knowledge; one year of banking experience and familiarity with listed banking systems are preferred.
