Description
The Depot Supervisor directly supervises at least 1,800 accounts and 10 employees in one or two depots, overseeing hiring, training, performance, payroll, DOT compliance, vehicle and facility audits, routing, inventory, deliveries, and service activities. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 21 years of age, a clean driving record, strong mechanical ability, and basic building-construction knowledge; two years of supervisory experience and relevant plumbing, cable-installation, or construction experience are preferred.
