Flexdrive is hiring a full-time Depot Operations Associate to support 24/7 autonomous vehicle depot operations in Nashville, Tennessee. The role covers vehicle readiness, pre-deployment and end-of-day diagnostics, charging, cleaning, basic preventative maintenance, data and device security, sensor calibration, manual driving, lot management, service coordination, and safety compliance. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of relevant hands-on experience, a valid U.S. driver's license, mechanical aptitude, and availability for day, afternoon, or overnight shifts including weekends and holidays. The position is on-site and pays $16.62–$20.27 per hour in the Nashville area, excluding equity, bonuses, and benefits.
