Dept Manager Sporting Goods Full Time at Retail Store

The Department Manager reports to the Store Manager and is responsible for driving sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, planogram execution, merchandise pricing and stocking, staff supervision and development, customer service, policy enforcement, and effective area management. The role requires 3–4 years of retail experience, retail management experience is preferred, flexibility to work open store hours, strong communication and leadership skills, customer service ability, basic computer skills, and the ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting up to 50 pounds.
