Description
The Deputy CFO will report to the CFO and supervise financial operations and accounting personnel while supporting strategic financial planning and analysis. Responsibilities include budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis, compliance and audit oversight, capital allocation, financial reporting, and coordination with financial institutions and external auditors. The role requires a finance or business administration degree, CPA credentials, at least 10 years of progressive finance experience including 5 years in management, and strong leadership, analytical, and compliance knowledge; real estate or property management experience is preferred.
