Saab, Inc. is hiring a Deputy Chief Engineer for the Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering discipline to support the development and execution of the technical baseline for its Surveillance radar portfolio. The role provides technical oversight, leads reviews and complex hardware and software troubleshooting, mentors engineering teams, guides customer technical discussions, helps define technical roadmaps, and coordinates external technical interfaces. It requires a BA/BS in Computer or Electrical Engineering, 20+ years of relevant DoD radar development experience, and 10+ years of technical project management experience. The compensation range is $165,700 to $223,800, with medical, vision, and dental insurance and other benefits.
