Spring Health, a global mental health company focused on eliminating barriers to mental health, seeks a full-time Vice President serving as Deputy Chief Medical Officer (DCMO). Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the DCMO will lead the Medical Affairs team, leveraging deep clinical credibility, commercial acumen, and ecosystem influence to enhance clinical quality improvement, particularly in medication management, develop new care programs, integrate AI into care services, and provide external thought leadership.
