The role involves managing engineering requirements, chairing technical design reviews and boards, supporting risk and change control processes, coordinating cross-functional work across engineering, manufacturing, test, and program management, and assisting with proposals and customer briefings. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering with at least 6 years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with 4 years, or 10 years in lieu of a degree; an active Secret Clearance and aerospace/missile program experience are preferred.
