Mission East is hiring a full-time Deputy Country Director based in Damascus to support the growth of its Syria programming. The role leads fundraising and donor engagement, develops strategic partnerships, supports programme design and implementation, oversees proposals and capacity building, and represents the organisation in coordination and advocacy forums. Candidates need a relevant master's degree, at least five years of senior humanitarian or development experience, strong donor and partnership experience, and proficiency in English and Danish. The position is on an expatriate or international employment contract, starts at EUR 3,432, and includes a 7.5% context allowance and 5% pension scheme.
