Description
The Deputy Court Administrator assists the Court Administrator in managing the Administrative Office of the District Courts, serving 67 elected judges and 20 associate judges. The role leads mid-level department managers, supports personnel policies, budgeting, strategic planning, project management, case management, performance reporting, and stakeholder meetings, and represents the DCA at local, county, state, and national meetings. It is a regular full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule, requiring a relevant bachelor’s degree, seven years of court operations and management experience, and additional executive court management experience, certifications, and large-general-jurisdiction court experience. The salary is $118,019–$182,208 annually based on qualifications.
