ERHARDT Markisenbau GmbH is hiring a Deputy Department Manager, Production to support and deputize the department manager in day-to-day operations, management, planning, and organizational tasks. The role leads and schedules terrace roof production and GST/FSE teams, ensures production quality, deadlines, and material flow, supports employee onboarding and development, analyzes bottlenecks, and contributes to production optimization, capacity planning, staffing, and production control. The position requires production, manufacturing, or assembly experience, leadership or deputy-management experience, technical knowledge of production processes and quality management, fluent German, and willingness to work overtime during peak seasons.
