GovTech is hiring a Deputy Director, Engineering Management to lead product engineering for a mobile-first workplace experience platform serving the public service. The role owns the full vertical stack from mobile applications and microservices through APIs and SDKs, drives platform extensibility and integrations, coordinates Product, UX, Operations, and external agency teams, and leads engineering people, hiring, and technical practice. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of software engineering experience including 3–5 years in engineering leadership, and extensive experience in mobile-first product engineering, microservices, integrations, and people management.
