Description
easyJet is hiring a Deputy Duty Engineer to support the Duty Engineer in leading 12-hour shifts at Gatwick, taking responsibility for aircraft maintenance operations, safety, airworthiness, release certification, component approval and documentation, troubleshooting, handovers, and team performance. The role requires hands-on engineering and maintenance experience, preferably in base maintenance with supervisory exposure, current UK Part 66 B1, B2, and C licences on company aircraft, knowledge of airworthiness and Health & Safety legislation, strong communication, IT proficiency, flexibility, and a solutions-driven continuous-improvement mindset. It is a full-time position with a DDNN shift pattern and occasional travel to easyJet headquarters or network locations.
