Description
The French Blood Establishment is hiring a Deputy General Services Manager for its Saint-Étienne site. Reporting to the department manager, the role oversees laundry, waste, cleaning, archives, reception, pest control, and green-space services; supervises three assistants; leads projects and public procurement; monitors service providers; supports organizational changes; and handles administrative tasks. The position requires a Bac+3 to Bac+5 management degree, at least three years of management experience, public procurement or specification-drafting experience, a Category B driving license, and occasional travel within the AURA region.
