Polo Managing Agency is hiring a Deputy Head of Capital to oversee and challenge capital modelling across multiple Lloyd's syndicates. The role combines technical actuarial expertise, governance oversight, stakeholder engagement, project coordination, internal model validation, and regulatory reporting. It requires a qualified actuary or equivalent professional qualification, strong non-life insurance and Lloyd's experience, capital modelling and validation experience, and knowledge of Solvency UK and Lloyd's capital processes.
