The University of Fulda is hiring a permanent Deputy Head of the University, State and City Library to represent library management, shape governance across personnel, budget, strategy and organizational development, support controlling and quality management, contribute to personnel development, and lead the Information Services department. The role requires a university degree in library science or an equivalent higher-service qualification, several years of leadership experience, strong organizational and personnel-management skills, and very good German and English skills.
