Description
The Deputy Manager will manage service revenue streams for AMC, battery, retrofit, PCB, and buyback lines; prepare budgets and forecasts; oversee accurate billing; lead collections; coordinate with engineering, sales, and finance; analyze performance; improve billing efficiency; ensure compliance; and mentor junior staff. The role also involves customer negotiations and contract renewals. A diploma or engineering degree, 3–5 years of relevant experience, knowledge of the service business models, ERP/CRM and Excel proficiency, analytical and financial reporting skills, cross-functional collaboration, communication and negotiation abilities, tax and compliance knowledge, leadership potential, and attention to detail are required.
