Description
ProCook is hiring a Deputy Manager for its Eastbourne Store to support the Store Manager and lead a retail team. The role involves coaching staff, delivering customer service, managing commercial performance and KPIs, overseeing merchandising, stock, compliance and store presentation, supporting recruitment and development, and taking ownership of the store when the Store Manager is absent. The position requires at least two years of supervisory or deputy management experience, retail or hospitality experience, strong people leadership and commercial awareness, and is full-time at 32 hours per week on a rota including weekends. The salary is £28,500 to £30,000 per year depending on experience, pro-rata for the 32-hour week, with sales-target bonuses and other benefits.
