Description
Depaul is hiring a Deputy Manager for its Cork Services, with travel to the West Cork Service. This 12-month fixed-term contract runs 35 hours per week from Monday to Friday and pays €46,669.91 per annum. The role supports the Manager in overseeing day-to-day project delivery, staff supervision and training, service-user processes, rota management, operational and financial administration, health and safety, building maintenance, fundraising, communications, and volunteer management. Applicants need at least two years of experience in homelessness, direct-access client support, or key working, access to a vehicle for travel, and the ability to manage complex service-user needs.
