The Plant HSE Manager leads plant-level health, safety, and environmental strategy, including Green Pathway implementation, safety KPIs, contractor safety programs, risk assessments, incident investigations, regulatory compliance, training, and emergency preparedness. The role requires a degree in Engineering or Science, a mandatory Diploma in Industrial Safety, and 8–12 years of HSE experience in manufacturing, with responsibilities spanning stakeholder management, safety performance analysis, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems, and corrective action implementation.
