VOIS is seeking an M365 Email Security Specialist to support, administer, and optimise Microsoft 365 services, with a focus on Microsoft Defender for Office 365 Email Security. The role handles end-user issues, monitors service health, collaborates with IT teams, documents solutions, provides guidance and training, and participates in an on-call rotation. Candidates should have working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID, experience with Microsoft Defender for Office 365 Email Security, and the ability to analyse issues, communicate clearly, and maintain documentation.
