DGB Bildungswerk e.V. is seeking a full-time Deputy Managing Director for its Berlin or Düsseldorf site to support the long-term succession plan and eventually assume overall operational and strategic leadership of the organization. The role covers strategic development, educational programs, operational and financial leadership, networking, lobbying, communication, and innovation, and requires university-level education, several years of comparable leadership experience, extensive organizational and strategic management experience, and strong German and English skills.
