Description
The Deputy Managing Director will report to General Management and oversee the entire operational and strategic scope of a multi-site vocational training organization. The role manages site performance, supervises management teams, supports business development and growth, implements development and structuring strategies, optimizes organizations and processes, monitors performance indicators and CODIR reporting, and participates in defining strategic directions. The position is part of a career path toward General Management and requires team management, business development, and profit-center management capabilities.
