The Deputy Nursing Service Manager supports the Nursing Service Manager in the professional and organizational leadership of the hospice and represents them during their absence. The role combines direct guest support with management responsibilities for processes, quality, and team culture, while working with guests, relatives, and participating professional groups. Applicants need completed registered nurse or nursing specialist training, further training in palliative care or willingness to complete it, and professional experience, ideally in hospice or palliative care. The position starts on 01.12.2026 and offers a starting salary of €4,107.02–€4,509.38 plus hospice and shift allowances, an employment contract without fixed term, and additional benefits.
