Description
The Program Manager manages contractual fulfillment and all activities for assigned programs, serving as the customer interface and acting as the Program Manager’s delegate when unavailable. Responsibilities include coordinating functional organizations, managing reserves, risks, earned-value performance, vessel production, testing, milestones, change orders, configuration management, and post-delivery warranty activities. The role requires strong project and program management experience, leadership, communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; experience levels vary by Program Manager level, with Program Manager A requiring 5+ years, Program Manager B requiring 3–5 years, and Program Manager C requiring 0–3 years.
